What the inquiry form collects
The project form asks for your name, business, email address, and what you need. Phone, current website, budget, timeline, and extra details are optional. Please leave out sensitive personal information and account passwords.
How it is used
Your inquiry is used to understand your project and reply to you. The brief card beside the form is drawn in your browser from your own answers and sends nothing extra. While you move between the steps, your answers stay on the page and are not saved anywhere. Refreshing the page clears them. The review step lets you download your own copy.
Submission and delivery
When you send the last step, your browser checks the answers and then sends the brief directly through FormSubmit to kransfeld.studios@gmail.com. This website has no server of its own and does not store your brief. FormSubmit processes what you submit to deliver the email and says it keeps submission records for 30 days. The studio receives a copy in Gmail and uses it only to handle your inquiry.
To prevent repeated sends, your browser remembers when you last sent an inquiry (only the times, never your answers) for 15 minutes. A confirmation on the page means the delivery service accepted your brief. Email can still be delayed or filtered. If delivery can’t be confirmed, the form keeps your answers and offers a direct email link and a downloadable brief.
The concept sites
The sites in the work section are independent concepts, not client work. Their booking, quote, order, and newsletter tools are demonstrations: they don’t place real orders or bookings or send anything. Please use sample information in them. Some load fonts or photographs from outside providers, which receive ordinary browser request information.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. Its fonts are served from this site. The animation libraries load from public code hosts (cdnjs and unpkg), which receive ordinary browser request information.
